I'm from Redcar in the North-East of England.

Why did you come to Japan?
I wanted an exciting adventure, and being a Sci-Fi fan※, Japan seemed like the country of the future.
来日した理由は楽しい冒険がしたかったからです。またSFファンだったので、日本は未来的な国に思えました。

Why do you like teaching?
It's very rewarding to be able to help people build a skill like learning English.
英語学習者が新しいスキルを習得していくことは、とてもやりがいのある仕事だからです。
What's great about being a Senior Teacher?
It's a chance to share my experience and knowledge with newer teachers. It's a great feeling when a teacher thanks you for helping them with a good game or activity for their lesson.
新しい講師たちにアドバイスすることができます。また他の講師たちと助け合って、レッスンを進めることがてきてとても嬉しいです。
What's your personal target for your school?
I want to create a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Building a solid rapport with students, teachers and school counselors is essential to success.
居心地のいいスクール環境を作っていきたいです。生徒の皆さんも、スクールカウンセラー、講師たちの信頼関係を作っていければ成功につながります。
